Eric Nguyen is President & CEO of VIA98 Workforce, where he sets the company’s strategic direction and leads its continued growth across Northeast Florida. With more than 22 years of leadership experience in the workforce industry, Eric has played an integral role in building VIA98 into an established workforce solutions firm serving private- and public-sector clients. Since becoming President & CEO in 2022, he has focused on strengthening VIA98’s market position, expanding strategic partnerships, and positioning the company for long-term growth while remaining committed to the clients, relationships, and communities that have shaped its success.
Beyond VIA98, Eric is an active business and civic leader with a longstanding commitment to Northeast Florida. He serves as a JAX Chamber Trustee and a member of the SCORE Jacksonville CEO Forum and previously served as a Mayor-appointed member of the Jacksonville Small & Emerging Business Monitoring Committee. His community leadership has also included senior roles with the Vietnamese Association of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Asian American Alliance, along with service supporting military members and veterans. Eric completed the Small Business Executive Program at Florida State University’s Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship.
