Rose Conry serves as Chief Operating Officer of VIA98 Workforce, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across recruiting, workforce strategy, client relations, and business operations. She provides executive oversight of company-wide operations, recruiting, client services, workforce management, compliance, budgeting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on operational excellence, enduring client partnerships, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining VIA98, Rose founded and led a successful Jacksonville workforce firm as Chief Executive Officer, supporting major employers and public-sector workforce initiatives. Her leadership and community engagement have earned recognition as a JBJ Women of Influence Honoree, JBJ Ultimate CEO, JAX Chamber Small Business Leader of the Year and Leadership Jacksonville. Rose has her B.S in Business from Jacksonville University and has served on several boards, including JAX Chamber, Kid's Hope Alliance and CareerSource Florida Board of Directors (Gubernatorial Appointee).
